ROUND 1

Starter Application

To start your lawn off right for the year, this is one of the most important applications for your turf. A blend of pre-emergent crabgrass control and a nutrient rich, slow-release liquid fertilizer help prepare the lawn for the upcoming season and block that nasty crabgrass that prevents grown of healthy turf.

ROUND 2

Post-Emergent Control

This second application includes a post-emergent weed control and slow-release fertilizer. This application is designed to knock out spring weeds and make grass pop with that desired green color. Typical weeds targeted in this application are dandelions, clover, and other hard to control broadleaf weeds.

ROUND 3

Summer Prep

This application helps prepare your lawn for the hot summer to come. It ensures bad actors such as damaging grubs and disease do not take hold. A slow-release summer fertilizer is also applied to achieve the desired slow feeding for hot summer days.

ROUND 4

Summer Weed Control

The fourth application targets all those hard-to-kill summer weeds like yellow nutsedge. A slow-release fertilizer is added to help repair summer heat stress. We also highly recommend aeration and overseeding at this time to set up your lawn for future success.

ROUND 5

Fall Prep

It is time to start thinking about preparing your lawn for fall. An all-liquid fertilizer is applied reaching deep into the grass’ root system. If you aerated and overseeded this application will help set your newly planted grass on the path to success. This application also includes a follow up spot summer weed treatment.

ROUND 6

Winterize

A liquid winter fertilizer is applied to ensure a beautiful spring green up the following year. Nutrients are directly transported to the root system during this time and it helps grow strong roots for the following season. This helps with next year’s green up, summer heat, and wear tolerance.

Flea & Tick Treatment

This add-on application helps reduce the risk of people and pets from being exposed to dangerous pests in the yard. Providing up to thirty days of protection from ticks which can harbor dangerous diseases and fleas which can harm our four-legged friends. It is our goal to help reduce the risk to your family and friends.

Spotted Lantern Fly Program

Our Spotted Lantern Fly treatment will help reduce the population on your property. This four-step program will help protect your vulnerable trees and shrubs throughout the season when lanternflies emerge and transition to adulthood. While lanternflies can fly from neighboring properties, our treatment has residual effects for weeks. One Lanternfly egg clutch can equal 35- 50 new insects the next year. While they are likely here to stay, you can do your part to protect your landscape and reduce the population.

Core Aeration & Overseeding

Your lawn is a living organism and, just like plants, every year some grass dies and needs to be replaced. Core Aeration pulls plugs of soil from your lawn to allow the grass roots to breath. as nutrient uptake requires oxygen to be the most efficient and helps the grass plant grow. Core Aeration helps provide necessary oxygen to the root zone.

Compacted soil can also cause water to run off and not soak into the ground but core aeration loosens the soil and allows vital water and nutrients to reach the root zone. At the same time, we overseed your lawn with high quality grass seed. The new seedlings replace dead grass plants with higher quality disease and drought tolerant plants.
